Me

In 2005 I sat a GCSE in Astronomy, and later in that year, I was awarded an A* for that exam; I was 13 when I sat the exam. I have owned a telescope since 2003, and my first was a 70mm refractor. In 2005 I aquired a larger, 150mm reflector, which I have since used for webcam observations. I live in Northern Ireland, in the beautiful County Down, the most beautiful place in the world :-). The light pollution here is almost non-existant, and the area has a lovely view of the Milky-Way on suitable nights. A few meters from my back garden is Strangford Lough. More to come soon, but this type of writing is hard... ;-)
