Please re-check the spelling of "pulajans". Standard Philippine historical text spell the word as "pulahan" from the root word "pula" or "red" in english.

"Pulaganism" is deemed as an attempt to "westernize" the word but filipinos nor the inhabitants of samar island never used such term. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Kensarmiento (talk • contribs) 18:37, July 10, 2007
