Pul-i-Alam

Pul-i-Alam is a district and also the provincial capital of Lowgar Province, Afghanistan. The population of Pul-i-Alam is estimated around 75,000 which is composed of Tajiks and Pashtuns and some Hazaras. The people of this city speak Dari Persian and Pashtu. One can notice much bilingualism there.
Pul-i-Alam has underwent massive reconstruction work after the fall of Taliban
