it is a screenshot from a historically significant film;
it is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality);
the photo is only being used for informational purposes.
Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it illustrates the famous pose of the two major characters depicted that, as detailed in the article's text, (a) was homaged by Banksy and (b) is used by Time to represent the film on its "All-Time 100 Movies" list.
