2. Image does not prevent this game from being hypothetically sold (although it currently is not sold), or diminish the copyright holder's property
3. Image does not assist in creating illegal copies of the game
4. No free alternatives exist, and it would not be possible to create a free alternative of this image
5. The image is NOT reduced resolution, however, it is low resolution to begin with, and reducing it further would likely make the screenshot unclear
