The Puerto Rican Crested Toad or simply Puerto Rican Toad (Bufo lemur) is a species of toad found in Puerto Rico. The species formerly occurred in Virgin Gorda.[2] It is listed as a critical endangered species due to a drastic population decline and a restricted range. It is estimated that the number of mature individuals is less than 250.
