Pueblo Grande de Nevada, a complex of villages, is located near Overton, Nevada and are listed on the United States National Register of Historic Places.[1] The site, also know as Nevada's "Lost City", was occupied by the Anasazi and other tribes between 100 AD and 1150 AD [2]. The site also shows signs of human occupation as early as 8,000 BC.
Artifacts from the site are housed in The Lost City Museum.[3]

In 1827, Jebediah Smith found various artifacts while exploring in the area. [4]
Mark Harrington was the first archaeologist to excavate at the site in 1924.[5]
The site was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on October 8, 1982.[6]
