Bertha ("Puck") van Duyne-Brouwer (Leidschendam, 29 October 1930 – Oostvoorne, 6 October 2006) was a Dutch athlete who competed mainly in the 200 metres.

Her first international notable result she accomplished in 1950, when she won the silver medal at the European Championships, being part of the 4x100m relay team alongside Fanny Blankers-Koen. She competed for Netherlands in the 1952 Summer Olympics held in Helsinki, Finland in the 200 metres where she won another silver medal. A third silver medal was added in 1954 when she finished second on the 100m during the European Championships in Bern. She also was a member of the Dutch Olympic Team for the 1956 Summer Olympics held in Melbourne, however the Dutch decided to boycot the Games and Brouwer, who was already in Melbourne had to go home.
