Ptychadena guibei is a species of frog in the Ranidae family. It is found in Angola, Botswana, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and possibly Tanzania. Its natural habitats are moist savanna, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, subtropical or tropical seasonally wet or flooded lowland grassland, swamps, and intermittent freshwater marshes.
