Evatic was founded in Trondheim in 1991. The original name was Software Data AS. In 2004 it was renamed Evatic. Its headquarters is located in Trondheim. Evatic has a sister company called Evatic Software. This company is responsible for the software development. Its founder is Arild Andersen. He is still head of business as CEO.
Evatic’s administration, engineers and consultants are located in Trondheim. In addition Evatic has partners and resellers in Denmark, Germany and the U.S.

Evatis is a service management system adapted to meet the needs of companies performing technical service. The software is a tool for companies to manage and control service tasks, service personell, technical equipment, stock administration and customer relations (CRM). Copy and printing companies was among the first users of Evatic. Now, however, the software is developed to fit a variety of industries and management needs. Evatic’s customers now cover all kinds of service oriented industries.
Evatic currently has customers in 14 countries and is growing fast, thus helping further development and improvement of the system.
The system features applications to make work more efficient. The web and mobile applications makes it possible to work with the system wherever the customer or the service technician is located. Evatic Map helps the technician to find where he or she is going as well as giving the service manager an overview.
