To aid in creating citations to the United States Coast Guard's Port State Information Exchange (PSIX) system.

At a minimum, the id field should be filled in with the id number displayed in the URL at PSIX. The archive field should only be used if the result is in the PSIX archive database. If title is not specified, it defaults to the page name. In general, year and accessdate should be provided. archiveurl and archivedate are provided in case one wants to provide a link to a static cached version of the page, through a service such as the wayback machine or google.
