Psilocybe inquilina is a mushroom of the Agaricales family. Unlike many members of Psilocybe, this mushroom does not stain blue or contain any hallucinogenic compounds.

Psilocybe inquilina is found growing on decaying grass. It is very widely distributed, reported from North America, South America and Europe.
