Pseudagrion coeleste is a species of damselfly in family Coenagrionidae. It is found in Angola, Botswana, Malawi, Namibia, South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, possibly Chad, and possibly Tanzania. Its natural habitats are swamps and freshwater marshes.
