From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Pryamougol'naya Bay (70°10′S, 5°30′E) is a small bay that indents the southeast side of Neupokoyev Bight, along the ice shelf that fringes the coast of Queen Maud Land. The feature was photographed from the air by Norwegian Antarctic Expedition in 1958-59 and mapped from these photos. It was also mapped by the Soviet Antarctic Expedition in 1961, and named "Bukhta Pryamougol'naya" ("rectangle bay").
