Hi, you seem to be trying to nominate an article for deletion. Full instructions on how to do this can be found here. In this case, you need to do the following:
- Edit the Garth Westbrook article and add {{subst:afd}} to it
- The AfD notice has no been added to the article. At the bottom of the notice is a link to a "preloaded debate". Click that link and carefully follow the instructions there
