yo prog, i am not thoroughly aware of wikipedia's corresponding policies, but brandt's paper (in addition to being the original work, in a way) is quite excellent and should definitely be referenced, if that's possible (although i agree that linking jstor might be questionable).

I completely agree that the paper is worth being referenced. My only issue was that I was actually unable to view the paper at home because I did not have a subscription for JSTOR (only in my office can I see the paper). That is why I killed the link. I think it was a good idea to add the reference again. --Prog 19:45, 6 Oct 2004 (UTC)
