This is a documentation subpage for Template:Prose (see that page for the template itself).
It contains usage information, categories and other content that is not part of the original template page.

[edit] Usage

This template will add tagged articles to a cleanup category according to the month and year given. Example:

{{Prose|date=June 2008}} → Category:Cleanup from June 2008.

If no date is given, articles will be added to the more general Category:Wikipedia cleanup.

Also parameter 1 may be included to replace "article or section" with a specific term, such as "article", "section" or "table".
