[edit] Cleanup and verify

This article presents a speculative theory with no academic sources. Searching for "Proto-Euphratean" in the web gives me very few links, mostly directing to email conversations in specialized email lists, and some obscure personal pages. To be honest, it sounds like a fringe theory to me. I'd like to see a clearer treatment of the subject, and more importantly, both POVs presented; i. e. why many (most?) Sumerologists don't believe this proto-language existed at all. --Pablo D. Flores (Talk) 10:47, 15 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Cleaned up (August 2006)

I cleaned up the entry. Half of it needed to be deleted, as it was mostly nonsense and fringe theory. Also, some rephrasing was needed. This should now read fine.
