How should this article be best structures? By theme or by proposer?
Personally I prefer theme because that means where one issue is supported by many different people it is dealt with together but I would be interested to hear counter-arguments.
Is there any similar article elsewhere that we can look at? AndrewRT(Talk) 22:39, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
