Can I include a section on how Promo Only had to discontinue production of its bi-monthly Mainstream, Club and Progressive CDs in the UK for a time because the company neglected to pay its PPL fees?? ---- User:Thumbsucker-UK 13:31 09 September, 2006 (UTC)

Apparently, this system is no longer in existence.
