why is this disputed if there is no conversation about tihs?

User:Gazpacho, who tagged it as POV, told me on my talkpage:
As hinted in my comment, it's the sarcastic quotation marks. The article should describe what happened, rather than lamely suggesting through punctuation what did not happen. Quotation marks should be used when quoting someone.
