This does not sound like an encyclopedic entry. Who is Dr. Mar Manary? Why is he important enough to be in the first sentence? He's not in the rest of Wikipedia. Does he warrant an entry?

The goal... sounds noble but could be rewritten to sound more professional.

The product... Is it something more than peanut butter? Is there a patent? If not what is in it?

"take it home with them as they continue to heal." What are they healing from and how does Plumpy Nut fit in?

These are just some questions that a layperson has. For those interested, this article needs improved tremendously. I'm certain it stands a high percentage chance of speedy delete for spam. I'm a bleeding heart so if its real, let bring it up to snuff. JohnCub 01:08, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
