[edit] Unparseable sentence

"Its replacement was the OMAC Project, which created superhuman beings the government, via the spy group called Checkmate, could draft and empower any individual on earth to enact by any means necessary a way to control and conquer anyone on Earth it considered a threat." - This needs cleaned up, but I don't have the background knowledge to do it. And heaven knows I can't figure it out from the sentence itself... wikiing while drunk? --Grey Knight 21:25, 22 October 2006 (UTC)
