[edit] Prohibition in Quebec

The last paragraph of the section "Origins" states that Quebec never implemented prohibition. The first paragraph of the next section states that Quebec was the province to have enforced prohibition for the shortest period of time. So did Quebec have prohibition or not? It may be that one or the other statements is simply poorly worded, but as it is there's a contradiction that needs to be resolved. Stampimo 06:37, 3 December 2007 (UTC)
