NPOV dispute - Is Zend Technologies really the best first example? They are responsible for the 'core engine' of PHP, but are not the exclusive developers - and deliberately try and confuse people that they are "the (noting exclusivity) PHP Company". It's theoretically possible that an alternative core could be chosen over Zend in the future. Take one of the other two examples, MySQL AB is the exclusive copyright holder over the MySQL source code and may freely release it under a dual license. --66.130.241.8 (talk) 15:27, 16 December 2007 (UTC)
