[edit] Can i still take the local CPA board exams?

--121.97.185.178 (talk) 02:44, 16 May 2008 (UTC)--121.97.185.178 (talk) 02:44, 16 May 2008 (UTC)Good day!

Am a graduate of BSC major in Accounting, a local school in Cebu in 1987. Though I did review for the board exams twice but I never pursued taking the actual board exams due to work pressures. I have been working in several manufacturing and financial institutions for more than 10 years in various sales and financial related functions.

I am contemplating of taking the CPA board exams but I heard from some sources that the deadline for those BSC Accounting graduates wishing to take the board exams was in May 2006. Would like to know the reality of this report. Also, i would like to ask for some advices on what to do if in case, the deadline has indeed lapsed.

Thank you for your time.

From,

Future CPA
