Provogue is an Indian company incorporated on November 11, 1997 as Acme Clothing Private Limited. The brand Provogue was launched in March 1998.

Salil Chaturvedi,co-owner of Provogue, was arrested on August 1, 2005 in a drugs supply case of January 2006.
