The Provincial Assembly of Bas-Congo is the provincial legislature of Bas-Congo. It will be renamed as the Provincial Assembly of Kongo Central in 2009, as per the 2006 constitutional changes.
François Kimasi Matuiku Basaula is the speaker of the assembly, and Kisombe Kiaku Muisi is the vice-speaker.
