The Province of Crotone (Italian: Provincia di Crotone) is a province in the Calabria region of Italy. It was created in 1996 out of part of the Province of Catanzaro. The capital is the city of Crotone.
It has an area of 1,717 km², and a total population of 172,970 (2005). There are 27 comuni (singular: comune) in the province[1], see Comuni of the Province of Crotone.
