The Crimean Tatar goby (Proterorhinus tataricus) is a species of fish in the Gobiidae family. It is found in Crimea, Ukraine.
Proterorhinus tataricus inhabits a short stretch of River Chornaya where water is extracted in large quantities for irrigation and the species faces a critical risk of extinction in a near future.[1]
