"Prostye Dvizheniya" (Cyrillic: "Простые движения"; Translated: "Simple Motions") was a single released by Russian pop duo t.A.T.u. in 2002. There was no physical release of the single. The song was included on t.A.T.u. Remixes in 2003.

The success of the song in their home country was fueled by the controversy surrounding the music video for the song. The video shows the girls doing simple everyday things, like drinking coffee, and even masturbating.

In 2006, an English version of the song titled "Simple Motions" was set to be included on The Best, however it was stricken from the tracklisting. Lena Katina later mentioned that the English version does exist.
