Prostatic congestion
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Prostatic congestion is a medical condition of the prostate gland (prostatosis) that happens when the prostate becomes swollen by excess fluid. The condition often results in a sufferer feeling the urge to urinate frequently.
Some physicians recommend reducing congestion in the prostate by ejaculating more frequently or by massaging the prostate regularly. Excessive alcohol intake, perineal injury, and certain sexual practices (particularly anal sex without a condom[citation needed]) may cause congestion of the prostate gland.
