Prospero Luna is a Filipino character actor whose lengthy career has extended from the early 1960s into the 2000s.

Among Prospero Luna's best known films are three 1968 titles—Swinging Jet–Age, Gigolo–Gigolet–Nagkagulo–Nagkagalit and Buhay bombero, as well as the title role in the Dolphy comedy Dr. Yes.

Prospero's most recent project is the American independent comedy feature "Corky's Hot Ice" due for release in 2008.
