- In Hartford, Prospect Avenue also known as "Governor's Row" houses the Connecticut Executive Residence and runs through the city's West End.
- In Princeton, New Jersey, Prospect Avenue is the street on which nine of the ten eating clubs at Princeton University are located. Prospect Avenue begins at Washington Street at the edge of the main Princeton campus, and runs east, parallel to Nassau Street.
