Prosenjit Kundu

Prosenjit "Tony" Kundu is an American dancer, dance teacher and choreographer primarily in the styles of hip hop, house, bboying,locking and popping. Being of both Bengali and French descent, he has been sought after by both the mainstream popular culture dance community for his knowledge and skills in dancing where he has performed with artists such as Faith Evans and KRS One as well as the South Asian community where he has performed in highly publicized events on Zee TV and smaller events such as the North American Bengali Conference.

Kundu was born May 12, 1975 to a Bengali father and French mother. He lived in France when he was younger until he moved to New York City in the United States where his career started taking off after receiving his BFA in Dance and Choreography from the University of Virginia in 1998.
