"Propane Nightmares" is the second single from Pendulum's second album In Silico. It was originally released exclusively for digital download on 14 April in Australia and New Zealand where Pendulum were on tour at the time. It was released in Europe for digital download on 21 April and on physical formats on 28 April. It has received much airplay on BBC Radio 1, being played frequently by DJ Zane Lowe. It reached #16 in the UK charts on 27 April based on downloads alone, and on the 4th May, the song reached number #9.

The song contains interpolated elements of "Million Miles From Home," by Dune hence the co-writing credits.

The track was also remixed by popular artist Celldweller and the VST group.
