Prokhladny

Prokhladny (Russian: Прохладный, 43°45′N, 44°02′E) is a city in Kabardino-Balkaria, Russia and an administrative center of Prokhladnensky District.

It was founded in 1765 on left bank of Malka River, 54 km north-east from Nalchik.

Population: 60,800 (2005 Est.).

There is large railway station in a city.

Prokhladny means "Cool City" in Russian Language.
