Project Engine is a combination of a project planning and an issue tracking system, developed by the Swedish company Innovative Tool Solutions.
The tool features a unique task tree that can be described as a cross between a PERT chart and a Work Breakdown Structure chart. The task tree is used for planning tasks and issues by breaking down and arranging them in execution order. The tree of tasks also provides a visual feedback of the status of the tasks and issues in the project.
