Project Insight is web based project management software enabling executive managers, project managers and team members to collaborate more effectively on projects.[1]

Project Insight started in 1997 by a team of geographically dispersed web developers working together on software projects. The team developed the initial system to be able to more effectively work together in remote locations, while at the same time improving communication of project objectives. Project Insight became commercially available in 2002.[2]
