Progressive, Civic and Social Front

The Progressive, Civic and Social Front (Spanish: Frente Progresista Civico y Social) is a provincial political party in Argentina, based in Santa Fe Province. It is made up of the Socialist Party, the Support for an Egalitarian Republic (ARI), a faction of the Radical Civic Union, Democracia Progresista, local factions of the Communist Party and some dissidents Peronists.
At the legislative elections of 23 October 2005 the front won 5 of the 127 elected deputies (out of 257). At the Santa Fe elections of 2 September 2007 it obtained its first major victory, taking the Socialist Hermes Binner to the governor's seat.
