Prlekija

Prlekija is a region in the northeastern Slovenia between the rivers Drava and Mura. It comprises the eastern part of Slovenske gorice. Its central town and municipality is Ljutomer. The region is known after first-class wines and the dialect of its inhabitants. Its symbol is a klopotec.
