[edit] Princess Rebel
Hiya! I'm Princess Rebel and I mostly do work on the Twilight articles of Wikipedia, however, I have edited many other articles before as an unregistered member and I do a lot of work editing on Wookieepedia (as Officially The Greatest Jedi In the Game).
Due to my privacy policy I am not going to disclose any personal information, and I'll leave it at that.
I will tell you that I am Australian, and I am very fussy with spelling and grammar.
I tought myself how to use Wikipedia, mostly by copying what other people have done. (eg. Making headings by doing === Example === and == Example ==). The hardest thing to learn was to make a user page (the userpage guidelines aren't clear AT ALL) and making the Breaking Dawn heading the same as the others on Edward Cullen's page. Seriously! It took me forever to work out how to do it.
So, if you haven't yet noticed, I am pretty good at problem solving, and I am slowly learning the tricks of the trade when it comes to editing Wikipedia!
I am twelve years old, but I am notoriously known for beating my sixth grade teacher in english, so don't diss mey!

[edit] Okay, help please!
Okay, I am relatively new to this editing business, so I need some help and such as listed down here:
- Are there any twelve year olds out there? IceUnshattered, I know, is twelve, although she's a bit older than me. I relate best to girls aged 11-13.
- How the hell do you make userboxes? I've just being copying them and changing them to suit me, but I haven't been having a lot of luck. A little help would be appreciated on that.
- How do you make a small, vertical line essential to making userboxes, without copying and pasting? It's annoying!
More will be listed as I navigate my way through Wikipedia.
[edit] The Great Debate (hey, that rhymes!)
Okay, so I know there are Americans and British peoples and others editing Wikipedia (and Wookieepedia, my other favourite) and I myself am AUSTRALIAN. So what dialect are we editing in? Are we American (eg. colour-color, grey-gray) or British (color-colour, gray-grey) or Australian (g'day mate! Crikey, she was some uptido sheila! Pass the goo' ol' stubbies, wil ya mate?) (okay, joking about that. We don't all talk like that, you know.)
So, lets vote and debate on THE GREAT DEBATE. (hey, that rhymes too!)
Those in favour of American:
Those in favour of British:
Those in favour of Australian:
Those in favour of a different dialect (eg Singlish?)
