I removed some of the mess in the infobox and inserted the "cleanup" notice plus removed the following incorrect information:

• "It was the second time the French champion Epinard was called to the United States to compete against America's best."

• re trainer K. Spence: "ended up training the winners of five Kentucky Oaks"
