Talk:Princess Alexia of Greece and Denmark

[edit] Titles
Was Alexia ever Crown Princess of Greece? It shows in her titles section that she held this title from her birth to the birth of her brother, Pavlos? Could females have even ascended to the throne of Greece? And what information is there to back up this title? Just looking for more information on this subject. - Females did have succession rights as some were required to renounce them upon marriage. However, I do not believe the title of Crown Princess was ever extended to such a member of the royal family. Certainly, if the rules were semi-salic, it would not have happened, but I am not sure if they were or not. What I am sure of is that I haven't seen anything referring to Alexia as crown princess. I have removed it for now. Charles 03:18, 26 August 2006 (UTC)
