"The Grand International d'Ostende at Hippodrome Wellington in Ostend was renamed the Grand Prix Prince Rose in his honor."

This sentence is not completely true as at least between 1978 and 1988 there were two races: the Grand Prix Prince Rose (a weight-for-age-race) in July and the Grand Handicap International (a handicap-race), both run at Wellington-Ostend. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 91.42.119.213 (talk) 11:37, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
