Oftentimes, world leaders have vacation retreats elsewhere in the world. Some have them in colder regions (e.g. Norway, Sweden, or Canada.) Why couldn't Prince Pondicherry order Wonka to build the chocolate palace in Scandinavia? Of course he couldn't be there all the time, but every winter, when he has a vacation, it would be one heck of a vacation residence! --Shultz IV 17:51, 31 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Merging

I am against merging this into the 2005 film article because he was a character in the original book; in addition, he was only a minor character (a passing remark by Grandpa Joe and a 5 minute sequence with him in the movie), so I am going to simply replace his "major character" status with a link to this page. --Goldrushcavi 22:16, 20 February 2007 (UTC)
