[edit] Haniyah / Fayyad
Why do we say that Haniyah "refuses to acknowledge legitimacy of dismissal" but not that Fayyad "refuses to acknowledge illegitimacy of appointment"? Fayyad was brought in by Abbas unilaterally suspending the Palestinian constitution, an act without precedent or legal basis and clearly beyond his authority. Eleland 19:27, 16 July 2007 (UTC)
