Kosumi is the outgoing PM, until Çeku is formally approved and Sworned in. Technically he is still not on the duty of PM.

Jusuf Zejnullahu was President of the Executive Council from 15 Jule 1990 to 5 October 1991. Bujar Bukoshi succeeded him to 1 February 2000. --PaxEquilibrium (talk) 15:56, 24 November 2007 (UTC)
