[edit] Omniture
When creating the reference for the Primatech Paper Co. website, I wasn't sure whether to list Primatech Paper Co. or NBC as the publisher. When I viewed the source HTML for the website, Omniture appeared in the copyright notice. So, that is who I listed. Just checking, is there a good reason to change it to Primatech Paper Co. instead? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Fmmarianicolon (talk • contribs) on 04:08, January 27, 2007 (UTC); Please sign your posts!
- We could change it, but may have to change it back if it turns out that Primatech Paper Co. is just one of many fronts for the main Primatech Company. That said, I have no objection to renaming this article "Primatech Paper Company" or something like it, for now. --Measure 06:22, 27 January 2007 (UTC)

- Omniture is a web stats company, which offers clients information on how many people view their websites, what versions of which browsers they tend to use, how many pages they tend to visit, etc. They are not the publisher of this content; the copyright notice applies only to that snippet of JavaScript which enables their tracking stuff. I've removed them as "publisher". --ΨΦorg 10:08, 29 January 2007 (UTC)
- Coolness, thanks for explaining! - fmmarianicolon | Talk 23:35, 29 January 2007 (UTC)

Someone with a text messaging plan (unlike myself) should see what texting PAPER to whatever number it was receives as a response, then post it so I can see what it is.
someone should also try calling the 800 number, since it does appear to be toll-free.
I believe there are many clues within this website, and that we should find them all.
(edit)after much debating with myself, I called the 800 number. A recorded voice stated that operators were busy assisting other customers but if I knew the identification number of the party I wished to reach, I could enter it at any time during the recording, then listed off the departments and respective numbers to reach those departments
I suspect it of simply being a recording and that there are no real operators to speak to.
so as a short version of all I just wrote, someone with more time should call, try each department, etc.
(edit... again) so... I checked the heroes page on wikipedia and someone has done the above for texting at least. But again, someone should try it through the phone service.

[edit] Employee Chart
Maybe someone good at making wiki charts can help out on this article... I think we should have a chart that lists Each known Primatech employee, with categories such as Date of Employment, Known Partners, why the left the company, etc. --Measure 21:07, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] How much is behind the front?
Now that we know Kaito Nakamura is part of the secret group, it's safe to consider that his company, Yamagato Industries, also serves as a front for their activities (but this should not appear in the article until confirmed on-screen, naturally). Presuming things do go in that direction, we may want to make this article less about 'Primatech', the one front company, and cover the entire organization represented by Bennet, Thompson, Nakamura, and whoever else may be revealed.
Just thinking ahead... Radagast 23:55, 1 March 2007 (UTC)
- I agree that this article should be about the secret organization and not about the paper company. However, I think there is a good chance that the secret organization is called Primatech. The only other name so far given on the show is just "The Company". I believe that right now Primatech is the best title for this article, but could be convinced otherwise with the right evidence. --Measure 22:29, 5 March 2007 (UTC)

- Currently this article is clearly about the paper compnay, and whereas we know some details about the secret organization (Thopmson and Kaito are members, Primatech is a front), we do not know enough for a full article (we do not know a name or overall identifier for the organization or it clear goals or description). In the same regard, we know Thomson and Kaito oversee Bennet, but that in no way means that they are affilited with the company of Primatech and as such should be removed from the article. 66.109.248.114
[edit] OWI abbreviation
I think the OWI nomenclature should be adopted as standard and the AWI abbreviation dropped. Masi Oka, the actor playing Hiro, has repeatedly referred to the organization as the OWI.
For example: http://www.scifi.com/scifiwire/index.php?category=1&id=41471
Moreover, another "viable" resource for this sort of thing would be the message boards, and the most viewed thread on the NBC Heroes message board (the unified theory) lists this organization as the O.W.I. in it's summarizing post. Moreover, I found that there is a dedicated fansite which uses that in the title (www.the-owi.com).
AWI is a term I have not seen anywhere. I have deleted it from the article using the above as reference material (a main actor from the show, the messageboards for the show, and fansites).Lesotho 14:25, 13 May 2007 (UTC)
My name is David Deas and I am the original poster of the Unified Theory on NBC and the owner of the OWI website. I would like to add my link www.the-owi.com to the external links...how can that be done officially? 71.99.175.170 04:00, 14 May 2007 (UTC)David Deas
- Hello... thanks for asking. Unfortunately, your site doesn't fit under Wikipedia's external links policy and as such cannot be added to the external links section.
