Is anybody able to add a systematic list of Royal Mail postal rates? Either adding to this page or starting another page would be useful. See the page on the US Postal Servie rates here for an example: History of United States Postal Service rates
[edit] Revenue Neutral and proportion of items affected
Actually, PiP wasn't revenue neutral. It actually caused a REDUCTION in revenue, as a higher than expected amount of customers moved from C4 to C5 or DL envelopes that weigh 60-100g Mayalld 17:47, 11 October 2007 (UTC)
Whichever way it is we could do with a source - I've changed the sentence in the article which did read something like "(ie. nearly a third of items cost more than before)" - which is very badly written and one-sided. The statistic before it only implies that 30% of items had their cost changed, which without further information means they may have been more or less expensive. Matt 15:22, 16 October 2007 (UTC)
